FAQ
What format and size of the image
We will supply you with web-optimised images at 1920px by 1080px, if you would like them saved out at a different size please let us know. Once the images are ready you will receive an email with a download link to receive your complete high resolution images in JPEG.
Where are your photography services based
We based in Kuala Lumpur. We are happy to provide services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A travel fee may be charged.
When will we get our photos?
This is all dependent on the size of job, usually the photos will be ready in 2-3 weeks after the shooting day. Once the images are finished you will receive an email with a download link to receive your complete high resolution images.
